Annual Pooch & Purr on Parade

Event Description
Whether your dog or cat is the size of a reindeer or could fit in the smallest Christmas stocking, join us on Saturday, December 3, 2011 during the City of Port Orchard's 13th Annual Festival of Chimes and Lights from 1-8pm in downtown Port Orchard for a Holiday Pet Costume Parade and Contest. Register under the Kitsap Bank drive-thru between 4:45 and 5:15pm. Registration "cost" is a non-perishable food item for SK Helpline. At 5:15pm the pet parade - with your decked out pets - starts! The route will take your pets past 4 sets of judges and will end at the City Hall Christmas Tree Lighting area. Winners will be announced at 5:45pm at City Hall. Then, take part in the Chimes & Lights tree lighting, other activities and entertainment including the arrival of Santa and pictures with Santa! Leashes are required and please be prepared to clean up after your pet!
