Event Description Kitsap's Second Annual Lions Masquerade Ball and Auction is set for Saturday, February 25 at 7pm at the Port Orchard Pavilion. Proceeds go directly to Project New Hope, an organization that provides veteran family weekend retreats to help returning veterans reconnect with their family and the community.
